This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Nexfin Services Private Limited (“Nexfin”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Many of our services involve customized professional work performed specifically for a client.
Therefore, refund eligibility depends upon the nature and stage of the service and the work already performed.
If a client requests cancellation before substantial work has commenced, Nexfin may consider a refund after deducting, where applicable:
Once substantial professional work has commenced, the professional/consultancy fee may become non-refundable because Nexfin has already allocated time, resources and professional effort to the engagement.

Any refund in such circumstances shall be determined based on the work completed and applicable commercial terms.
Government fees, statutory fees, filing charges, certification charges, payment gateway charges and other third-party expenses already paid or utilized are generally non-refundable.
Where a third-party authority itself provides a refund, the refund shall be governed by that authority’s rules.
Where Nexfin has completed the agreed scope of professional consultancy or application assistance, rejection by a government authority, bank, NBFC, incubator, investor, certification agency or other third party does not automatically entitle the client to a refund of professional fees.
Final decisions remain with the concerned authority or institution.
For funding, grant, subsidy, loan, NBFC or investment-related services:
Where a success-based fee applies, the payment obligation shall be governed by the specific written commercial terms agreed with the client.

Where a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same service, Nexfin may process the verified duplicate amount for refund after deducting applicable payment processing charges, where applicable.

Where a refund is approved, Nexfin will generally initiate the refund through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
